I have always been curious about inventions. There’s something about the spark of creating something that has never existed before that fascinates me. I’ve often wondered—how do people do it? How do they discover things that seem to appear out of nowhere, like they were reaching into thin air and actually caught something no one else had ever seen?
That question has haunted me for years. I’ve wanted to be the person who creates, who invents, who sees what hasn’t been seen. But the path isn’t clear, and the steps aren’t always obvious. The closest I’ve come so far was with music. I was in a band, and together we took an idea, wrote songs, and practiced them until we had mastered the craft. It was satisfying, and it felt like creation—but was it true invention?
I don’t think so. Music, in that sense, is more like rearranging notes that already exist, putting them in new patterns. It’s creativity, yes—but it’s not the same as pulling something entirely new out of the unknown. The feeling of inventing something that has never been done before, something that transforms reality itself, is still out there, waiting.
I think about the fictional inventions that have captured my imagination for years: the healing wands in Star Trek, the food replicator, machines that can do what seems impossible. These things aren’t just tools—they represent the idea that human curiosity can reach beyond what’s known, that we can shape the impossible into reality. That’s what I want to chase: that moment where a completely new idea, something that feels almost magical, finally takes shape.
The drive to invent is there inside me. It’s a quiet but persistent flame, always flickering in the back of my mind. But there’s something missing—some key piece I haven’t found yet. Maybe it’s knowledge. Maybe it’s experience. Maybe it’s simply the courage to act on an idea before I can fully understand it. Whatever it is, I can feel that I’m on the edge of discovering it.
That’s why I started this blog. Curiosity Corner is my space to explore, to ask questions that don’t have answers yet, and to share the journey of chasing the impossible. Here, I’ll write about ideas that excite me, experiments I try, inventions that inspire me, and the endless quest to understand how creation really works.
I don’t know exactly where this journey will lead, or if I’ll ever invent something the world has never seen before. But I do know one thing: curiosity is the first step. Asking the questions, chasing the ideas, and refusing to settle for the ordinary—that’s where true invention begins.
